Our executive suites include 24/7 access to your executive suite with our management office open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

If your needs include an office phone, we have just updated our phone system to a high speed fiber optic system. You will also have access to a fully redundant internet connections with 30 MB download and 30 MB upload speeds.

All utilities are included with your executive suite lease, as well as cleaning and maintenance services.

You will have access to multiple conference rooms that seat from four to ten people. We also have a large seminar room that will accommodate up to 40 people. The seminar room is attached to our full kitchen. Our kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and sink. We provide complementary coffee for our tenants and their guests. There is a high speed digital copy machine available for our tenants. With this copy machine you can make color copies, scan and send information via fax or email.

We provide an on-site receptionist to greet your clients in the lobby and either direct them to your office or notify you that you have a guest waiting for you in the lobby.
